HAUS Careers is seeking a Delivery Architect for a Dublin-based commercial fit-out project, joining during Stage 5 delivery on-site. The role involves coordinating with contractors and the design team to drive delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years PQE, strong construction-stage experience, and knowledge of Irish/UK building regulations. The position is 5 days on-site with a possible 1-day WFH for critical needs.

Dublin | Commercial Fit-Out | Stage 5 Delivery | €60–85k DOE | 16-month fixed-term contract

A leading international architecture practice is looking for a Delivery Architect to join its Dublin-based team, working on one of the city’s most significant commercial fit-out projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong, site-experienced Architect to take a key role in the Stage 5 delivery of a commercial fit-out project. The project includes a variety of specialist food, events, fitness and amenity spaces, offering plenty of complexity and variety throughout construction.

The Role

You’ll be joining the project during Stage 5, taking responsibility for supporting the delivery of the scheme on site. You’ll work closely with the contractor, subcontractors and wider design team, with regular support from the London-based project team and an embedded local Dublin consultant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out regular site visits and inspections
• Liaising with the main contractor and subcontractors
• Reviewing subcontractor submittals
• Responding to technical queries and RFIs

About You

We’re looking for a qualified Architect with strong construction-stage experience, ideally someone who enjoys being close to the delivery of a project and is confident working directly with contractors and consultants.

You’ll need:

• 3+ years post-qualification experience
• Proven RIBA Stage 5 experience on Irish / UK projects
• Commercial fit-out experience
• Strong site and construction experience
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of Irish / UK Building Regulations and Planning requirements
• Confidence liaising with contractors, consultants and clients

The Practice

You’ll be joining a highly regarded international architecture practice with a strong reputation for delivering ambitious, design-led projects across a range of sectors.

The Dublin team will be supported by an established London-based project team, who will travel to Dublin regularly, alongside a local embedded subconsultant.
