Qualificações

• Experience in alarm monitoring or security operations is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to learn multiple security and safety systems.
• Calm, decisive, and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor alarm activations and respond according to procedures.
• Operate CCTV systems and coordinate responses.
• Manage access control and remote site security.
• Record incidents accurately and maintain logs.
• Liaise with clients, emergency services, and colleagues.
