Overview

Automated metrics can't judge whether Arabic text actually sounds right: tone, idiom, cultural nuance, and the thousand small choices a native speaker makes without thinking. As a Arabic Translator you'll judge and correct AI output in Arabic, teaching models to write the way people actually speak.

What you’ll actually do

• Evaluate translations between English and Arabic for fidelity, fluency, and tone, the way a professional editor would.
• Rank and rate model output in Arabic, catching what automated metrics miss.
• Write the better version when the model falls short, natural enough that no one could tell it was a translation.

What we look for

• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic.

Compensation

Up to $40/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $100k–$200k a year; some make it their full-time income.
