Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead a dynamic team across indoor and outdoor pools, ensuring safety and exceptional guest experiences. You will train Aquatics Team Members and coordinate programming in a fast-paced club environment in Ireland.

Responsibilities include team management, customer support, and maintaining clean facilities while promoting Life Time swim programs. This role emphasizes safety, service excellence, and strong leadership in a community-focused athletic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work stationary and move about the club for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally more.
• Tread water for 1 minute.
• Swim to retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from pool bottom.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
