Ryanair is hiring an App Project Manager to join Europe’s largest airline group. As we scale towards 800 aircraft and 300m passengers annually, our digital products must grow even faster — delivering simple, seamless, and high‑performance experiences for our customers.

We’re looking for a driven, commercially focused App Project Manager who can take ownership of their product area, keep delivery moving at pace, and present regular updates on digital initiatives to C‑suite stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 1+ years leading digital projects and products.
• Experience presenting updates to senior and exec stakeholders.
• Collaboration with UX/UI designers and delivery teams.
• Strong process design, analysis, and documentation.
• Data-driven mindset to identify opportunities quickly.
• Experience in agile, fast-moving digital environments.

Responsabilidades

• Present regular updates on digital initiatives to C-suite, with clear progress, priorities, and risks.
• Develop deep understanding of customers using insights and data to identify pain points.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for designers and owners.
• Provide briefs and context to embedded designers for effective UX delivery.
• Partner with development teams to define delivery plans and priorities.
• Manage changes, risks, and dependencies aligned with objectives.
• Evaluate post-launch performance and identify future improvements.
• Communicate clearly to stakeholders with timely, relevant information.
