Job summary

Ryanair Ltd. is hiring an App Project Manager to own product areas, keep delivery moving at pace, and present updates to C-suite stakeholders.

You will understand customers, measure KPIs, and collaborate with design and development teams to ship improvements that enhance travel and revenue. This high‑impact role requires clarity, accountability and the ability to translate business needs into simple requirements for UX and engineering.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in digital project management, digital transformation, or product delivery.
• Experience presenting updates to senior and executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Experience partnering with UX/UI designers and digital delivery teams.
• Strong skills in process design, analysis, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Present regular updates on digital initiatives to C-suite stakeholders.
• Build a deep understanding of the customer using insights and data.
• Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements for designers and owners.
• Work closely with embedded designers to support high-impact UX delivery.
• Partner with development teams to define delivery plans and priorities.
• Manage changes, risks and dependencies to align with objectives.
• Evaluate performance post-launch and report results.
• Communicate clearly to ensure stakeholders receive timely information.
