Job summary

The role involves collaboration with global R&D partners, process modelling, and data analytics to optimise material flow and scale-up opportunities, with a strong emphasis on safe, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• A degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline and at least 1 year post-graduation in pharma API or related tech field.
• Experience in process modelling, simulation or data analytics is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contributor to new product introduction and tech transfer activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and launches.
• Support day-to-day development plans across projects with global R&D partners.
• Evaluate raw materials, perform process fit assessments and develop API processes.
• Assist with campaign prep, safety reviews, batch sheet checks and validation activities.
• Identify root causes and deliver compliant, effective solutions across operations.
• Provide expertise in API processing and scale-up opportunities.
• Communicate technical guidance across functions and levels.
