• Experience leading rostering/planning teams in a regulated aviation setting.
• Strong data analytics and scenario modelling skills.
• Proven track record of implementing automation in planning processes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end crew rostering and planning in compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Manage and develop Assistant Managers and Crew Planners.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and drive action.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with People, Operations Control Centre, Training and IT to enhance planning.
• Drive disruption management and rapid response to changes.
