Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions. You will model data in dbt, define certified metrics, and set standards for analysts and data scientists.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering to evolve the warehouse architecture and with stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into trusted, reusable data products, including data served through AI agents.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of dbt and advanced SQL (required).
• Experience with dimensional modelling and data warehousing.
• Proficiency with the modern data stack (BigQuery or similar, Python, Looker).
• Rigour on data quality, testing, and documentation by default.
• Strong ability to translate stakeholder requirements into reusable models.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of a world-class metric layer (conventions, structure, testing, CI, docs).
• Design and maintain the KPI layer for product, finance, and company-wide topics, auditable and scalable.
• Partner with Data Engineering and stakeholders to turn questions into reusable data products, including AI-ready data served through agents.
