Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Ireland is seeking a Trading Lead to partner with the Central Trade & Planning Team, BMD, and Commercial Retail functions as well as other internal teams, providing data, insights and recommendations on current and future opportunities across the business.

You’ll specialize in Pricing & Promotions, Markdown, Licence and Campaign management with the ability to rotate areas of specialism based on the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at a Lead/Merchandiser level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative with cross-team relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset with analytical reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly listing and markdown processes.
• Oversee carryover, seasonality, and terminal stock management.
• Support monthly reforecasting and key trading meetings.
• Lead pricing and promotions oversight to maintain price leadership.
• Own sales reporting, forecasting and auditing for Licensed DTR.
• Provide data analysis and lead analytics-driven outputs.
