Job summary

MSR-FSR, LLC in Ireland is seeking an Analytical Test Technician to test for leaks and impurities in process pipe systems including UHP gas lines and UPW systems in clean-room and manufacturing settings. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, helium leak testing, particle, moisture and TOC testing, and provide facilities support in a site-based environment with strict PPE rules.

Job Title: Analytical Test Technician

Job Summary:

TheAnalytical Test Technician will be required to test for leaks and impurities in process pipe systems. These systems include UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systems. Hands on troubleshooting is part of the work performed. Testing is mainly conducted in clean-room and manufacturing type settings.

Requirements

QPosition Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience in construction, trade, or other hands-on assembly related background
• Previous Analytical Testing experience advantageous

• Process Pipe and tube welding experience is beneficial

Desirable:

• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., semiconductor, pharma, data centres, or cleanroom projects)
• Proficiency with digital QA platforms and reporting tools (e.g., EIDA, BIM 360, or similar)

Working Conditions:

• Site-based role with regular inspections in active construction environments
• All personnel are required to adhere to site rules and always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
