QCS Staffing Ltd in Dublin seeks an Analytical Chemist for an 11-month contract to support biologics manufacturing. You will perform biological, chemical and physical testing using HPLC/UPLC/GC and related techniques, ensuring compliance and timely project progress.

Ideal candidates have pharma/biotech experience, hands-on method development and troubleshooting, and a solid grasp of cGMP, ICH, USP guidelines.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing.
• Hands-on expertise with HPLC, UPLC, GC, Capillary Electrophoresis, ELISA and qPCR.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, GMP, ICH, USP and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform testing using HPLC, UPLC, GC, Capillary Electrophoresis, ELISA, qPCR and wet chemistry.
• Support start-up, qualification and readiness in a biologics manufacturing environment.
• Investigate deviations and root-cause analysis to drive CAPAs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, PDTS, Quality and cross-functional teams.

What you'll deliver:

• Perform biological, chemical, and physical testing using HPLC, UPLC, GC, Capillary Electrophoresis, ELISA, qPCR, and wet chemistry techniques.
• Support laboratory start-up, qualification, and operational readiness activities within a biologics manufacturing environment.
• Investigate laboratory deviations, analytical issues, and testing failures while driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, PDTS, Quality, and cross-functional teams to support product quality and compliance.

What you'll need:

• Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with HPLC, UPLC, GC, Capillary Electrophoresis, ELISA, and qPCR.
• Good understanding of cGMP requirements, laboratory compliance, GMP, ICH, USP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
