Carne Group is seeking an experienced AML/KYC specialist to join our Client Services team in Dublin. As a Manager, you will support a team of KYC analysts and enhance our Know Your Asset (KYA) function.

Your role includes quality control, coaching, and ensuring compliance with AML/CTF regulations. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will contribute to the service for a diverse range of clients while fostering strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role such as TA/investor or client onboarding.
• Experience in performing KYA due diligence is desirable.
• Ability to apply AML policy and procedures in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and perform quality control reviews for junior staff.
• Provide coaching and training to support team development.
• Ensure daily screening processes are completed accurately.
