Job summary

Amazon is seeking a DPS Compliance Specialist to support the development, implementation and enhancement of the DPS program across jurisdictions where Amazon and its subsidiaries operate. You will assist in daily compliance review of escalated DPS cases and serve as an SME on sanctions compliance, partnering with management to ensure an effective program.

You will communicate findings clearly to Compliance Operations, Legal and business partners, identify regulatory risks, help develop policies,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent or industry experience.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams with stakeholders at all levels.
• Background in law, customer service, investigations or project management.

Responsibilities

• Review escalated DPS cases for accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide analytics to assess sanctions compliance and program effectiveness.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and partners.
• Identify regulatory risks and suggest corrective actions to strengthen controls.
• Support policy development and process improvements.
• Engage with management and legal teams to achieve goals.
• Assist onboarding and training of new hires.
• Meet key performance indicators.
