Job summary

Smartbox Group in Dublin seeks an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to own day‑to‑day management and growth of its Amazon business. You will optimize catalogs, ensure content accuracy, and manage advertising with strong autonomy to drive sales and profitability.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams to ensure readiness, inventory management, and successful promotions. The role emphasizes data‑driven decisions and AI‑assisted automation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on Amazon marketplace management experience.
• Experience with Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Experience with Brand Registry, A+ Content, Brand Stores.
• Experience with flat files, bulk uploads, catalog tools and reporting platforms.
• Proven ability to optimize listings and drive KPIs.
• Strong ownership and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and analytics skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leveraging AI/automation to scale processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Vendor Central and Seller Central operations across catalog, content, pricing, promotions, and brand presence.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings to improve conversion and organic visibility.
• Own catalog health and compliance by monitoring listing quality and IDQ standards.
• Execute and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display).
• Monitor business performance and maintain weekly reporting across key metrics.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Category Management, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Support new product launches from setup through growth phases.
• Work with creative/content teams to improve PDPs, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and customer experience.
• Maintain SOPs, issue trackers, and process improvements.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and scale execution.
