Job summary

Davy is seeking an Alternative Investment Support Associate on a 9-12 month fixed term contract in Ireland. The role involves pricing funds, validating variances, and supporting annual tax statements for private equity and hedge funds.

You will work in a collaborative team, manage client queries, maintain relationships with Private Equity Firms and Life Assurance Companies, and help improve processes within the fund administration function.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund administration and investment structures.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and complete tasks to ensure accurate pricing for a portfolio of private equity and hedge funds.
• Identify and validate pricing variances and large movements.
• Assist in reviewing pricing systems to improve productivity and quality.
• Support capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare annual tax statements for client investments in private equity products.
• Prepare and review financial statements for investment structures.
• Maintain relationships with Private Equity Firms and Life Assurance Companies.
• Respond to client/investor queries in a timely, accurate manner.
• Investigate reconciliation differences during monthly cycles.
