Job summary

CAE Parc Airline Technical Support Services seeks a senior M&E Systems Manager to lead a team of airworthiness engineers, delivering software solutions across AMOS, TRAX and other M&E platforms. You will oversee data migration, configuration and transitions while aligning with regulatory requirements and client needs.

You will drive complex projects, manage budgets, and support business growth through technical proposals and robust service delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles within Airline Technical Services, CAMO, or Maintenance Organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft.
• Extensive knowledge of Regulations (EC) No. 2018/1139, EU no. 748/2012, EU no. 1321/2014 and related requirements.
• Expert knowledge of airline Maintenance & Engineering systems (AMOS, TRAX) with data migration and integration experience.
• Ability to develop business opportunities and support commercial growth initiatives.
• Excellent client-facing and English communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Airworthiness engineers and ensure high performance.
• Oversee resource planning, workload allocation and recruitment.
• Coordinate with Fleet Technical Management and airline clients on phase‑in/out projects.
• Review aircraft transfer documentation, maintenance records, and config documents.
• Ensure data migration and validation in maintenance systems per requirements.
• Assess MPD, MRBR, ADs and SBs for airworthiness compliance.
• Lead complex projects with delivery against timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Support commercial activities with technical proposals and scopes of work.
• Develop and enhance M&E system services and drive improvements.
• Build relationships with airline clients, OEMs, and stakeholders.
• Drive standardization and internal procedures; monitor KPIs and take corrective actions.
