Job summary
Ryanair is recruiting for a Technical Services Lead Systems Engineer. Reporting to the Technical Services Systems Manager, the role provides SME input for all Aircraft Systems (excluding Avionics & Powerplant) and liaises with manufacturers on technical issues.
You will support Maintrol and maintenance activities, assist the Reliability team in resolving recurring failures, and review QA/ARC/ACAM/NAA findings with corrective actions. A strong regulatory understanding is essential.
Qualifications
- Requires engineering or aircraft maintenance qualification.
- Minimum 5 years in airline/MRO in a relevant role.
- Detailed knowledge of Boeing/Airbus design and maintenance.
- Knowledge of EASA Part CAMO; Part M; Part 145; Part 21.
Responsibilities
- Provide SME for Aircraft Systems (excluding Avionics & Powerplant).
- Liaise with Boeing/Airbus and equipment manufacturers on issue resolution.
- Provide technical support to Maintrol; Base and Line Maintenance.
- Support Systems department to deliver core objectives.
- Assist Reliability in identifying/resolving repetitive fleet failures.
- Review and implement ADs, SBs and other docs.
- Review/close QA, ARC, ACAM and NAA findings with corrective actions.
