Excel Aviation Ltd. in the Dublin area is seeking an Aircraft Support & Maintenance Assistant at Casement Aerodrome, Baldonnel. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time arrangements and training to develop core maintenance and aircraft operations skills.

You will assist with pre-flight preparation, post-flight handling, daily walkarounds, and hangar duties. You’ll support engineers with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance under supervision, with a focus on safety and regulatory

• Perform aircraft husbandry duties, including cabin cleaning and general upkeep.
• Support maintenance engineers with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Carry out basic aircraft maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised hangar environment.
• Assist with stock control, tooling management, and general housekeeping duties.
• Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an Aircraft Support & Maintenance Assistant to join their team at Casement Aerodrome, Baldonnel. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hands-on aviation environment, supporting aircraft operations, maintenance activities, and hangar operations.

The role is suitable for both experienced aviation professionals seeking part-time flexible work and ambitious junior candidates looking to develop a career within aircraft maintenance and engineering support. Full training will be provided for specific tasks.
