Job summary

You will translate business and user needs into a clear product vision, partner with engineering, UX, data science, and support teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires ownership, strong communication in English, and the ability to manage cross-functional roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software product management; experience with AI-powered products or AI technologies is a strong advantage.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution, with the ability to drive initiatives to successful outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• General understanding of product support processes and customer support operations is an advantage.

• Drive strategy, development, and adoption of AI-powered solutions for SAP Global Customer Support.
• Turn business and user needs into a clear product vision, actionable requirements, and innovative solution designs, partnering with engineering, UX, data science, and support teams to deliver measurable impact.
• Define and drive outcome-focused roadmaps aligned with customer support goals, balancing customer value, business priorities, and data-driven insights.
• Track success metrics, analysing product usage and customer feedback, and leveraging AI across the product lifecycle to accelerate delivery and maximise adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product outcomes and ensure timely delivery.
