Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking an AI Operations Engineer to uphold the reliability of cloud-hosted AI services and drive observable insights across the stack.

You will build dashboards with Splunk, tune alerts and SLOs, and weave observability into CI/CD pipelines while reducing noise and supporting fast incident response. This role requires cloud experience (GCP preferred) and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (Splunk).
• Experience in cloud-native environments (GCP preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain observability standards (logs, metrics, traces) and dashboards.
• Configure and tune alerts and SLOs to reduce noise and improve signal quality.
• Embed observability and reliability checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze telemetry to detect anomalies and support incident triage.
• Implement automated runbooks and remediation workflows.
• Operate and optimize telemetry pipelines for quality, scale and cost.
• Support monitoring of AI/LLM services for latency, errors and cost anomalies.
• Own and evolve observability platforms, dashboards, alerts and SLOs.
