Job summary

Accenture Ireland is seeking a Senior Digital Enterprise Architect to shape digital, channel and AI technology strategies. You will collaborate with executives to translate strategies into modern architectures and roadmaps, spanning web, mobile and cloud-native platforms.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled, personalized digital products and services, driving transformation across enterprise programs and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Deep digital architecture experience delivering enterprise digital channels across web and mobile
• Strong software engineering and architecture background in senior tech roles with focus on digital products
• Experience in digital product architecture and delivery including cloud-native architectures
• Delivery of world-class digital products using cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices
• Experience with AI-native engineering and familiarity with leading AI providers
• Understanding of front-end and full-stack technologies (e.g. React, API, Data) for intelligent digital products
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce)
• Experience integrating CRM, DXP and CMS over headless API architectures for intelligent personalization

Responsibilities

• Digital Architecture Advisory: advise senior IT and business leaders on digital strategy and architectures
• Transformation Planning: translate digital strategies into product/platform roadmaps
• Product Orchestration: frame problems, align priorities, translate needs into architectures enabling personalization and AI-driven engagement

As a senior digital enterprise architect, you will:

• o Digital Architecture Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leaders, shaping digital, channel & AI technology strategies and architectures.
• o Transformation Planning: Translate digital strategies into product and platform architectures and support the development of transformation roadmaps.
• o Product Orchestration: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to frame problems, align priorities and translate needs into modern digital architectures that enable personalisation, AI-driven assistance, content optimisation, and intelligent cross‑channel engagement.
• o Agentic Engineering: Lead modern engineering teams to build world class digital products helping teams to harness the power of AI across the development lifecycle.

Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for experience in the following:

• o Deep digital architecture experience in delivering enterprise digital channels across web & mobile technologies (e.g. React, React Native) and cloud native API architectures
• o Deep expertise in software engineering & architecture with proven experience in senior technology roles, with a strong focus on customer digital products.
• o Proven experience in both digital product architecture & delivery including:
• o Delivery of world class digital product using cloud native architectures & modern engineering approaches
• o Experience in AI Native engineering practices creating enterprise ready AI agents with familiarity of leading AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, Google, OpenAI etc)
• o Deep understanding of front‑end & full‑stack technologies (e.g. React, React Native, API, Data) used to support intelligent digital products.
• o Deep understanding of leading digital cloud native platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce etc).
• o Experience of using and integrating with CRM, DXP & CMS over headless API architectures to support intelligent decision making and personalisation capabilities.

Set yourself apart:

• o Industry recognition and/or presence for digital product delivery (Mobile & Web)
• o Experience in designing architecture and delivering AI solutions to support digital products.
• o Experience in conversational UI and digital assistant technologies
• o Advanced modern engineering approaches to product development (SRE, DevSecOps, AI for SDLC).
• o Proven history of leading teams within scaled product & agile delivery programmes.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with MBA or Masters preferred
