Accenture PLC in Dublin seeks an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join The Dock, Accenture’s flagship R&D and Global Innovation Centre. You’ll design and deploy AI/ML solutions across R&D, product and commercial ap­plications, leveraging LLMs, NLP and MLOps in a collaborative, agile setting.

You’ll work on data acquisition, preprocessing, model training and deployment, partnering with designers, product managers, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable AI systems.

Formación

• Substantial professional experience designing and implementing analytics, ML or AI systems.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of ML, DL, data science and data modelling.
• Strong experience with LLMs and NLP.
• Advanced programming in Python.
• Experience with prompt and context engineering.
• Ability to benchmark and evaluate emerging AI models and tools.
• Experience on cloud-native AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Understanding of production deployment, monitoring and MLOps.
• Experience in multidisciplinary, agile teams with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
• Degree in CS/Data Science/Math/AI or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and evaluate AI/ML solutions for R&D and product use.
• Guide model lifecycle: data prep, feature engineering, training, optimization and benchmarking.
• Build solutions with LLMs, NLP, prompt and context engineering.
• Evaluate models, frameworks, APIs and cloud services to pick the right approach.
• Prototype AI solutions to test feasibility and accelerate learning.
• Collaborate with scale and engineering teams on deployment and monitoring.
• Translate complex requirements with product and business stakeholders into robust AI solutions.
• Develop secure APIs to expose AI capabilities to products.
• Apply strong software engineering practices: VCS, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, MLOps.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decisions.
