Role Overview:

We are hiring four Machine Learning Engineers to drive AI innovation across research, deployment, and domain-specific applications (NLP, CV, MLOps). Join us to build scalable ML solutions for real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Development: Prototype and optimise ML models (e.g., deep learning, ensemble methods).
2. Production ML: Deploy models via APIs (FastAPI/Flask) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
3. Specializations:
   • NLP: Fine-tune LLMs, build semantic search systems.
   • Computer Vision: Develop object detection/generative models.
   • MLOps: Design CI/CD pipelines for model monitoring.
   • Generalist: Cross-functional ML/data pipeline projects.
4. Collaboration: Partner with data engineers and product teams to deliver AI-driven features.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, AI, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML deployment.
• Technical Skills: Algorithms, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and big data tools (Spark, SQL).
