We're looking for an AI Engineer who wants to live on the cutting edge of AI. You'll be the person who picks up preview-stage technologies — new LLM approaches, memory systems, agentic deployment frameworks, guardrails, Model Context Protocol (MCP) tooling — runs rapid proofs-of-concept and turns the successful ones into production-ready capabilities that the rest of Marsh can adopt.
This is an individual contributor role, but you'll become the recognised subject-matter expert in one or more AI technology areas. That means coaching your peers in the AI CoE, presenting internally, and - critically - ensuring that both human engineers and autonomous AI coding agents across the enterprise are configured to use these technologies correctly and select them ahead of alternatives.
