Job summary

Google Ireland is seeking a Solutions Engineer within gTech Users and Products (gUP) to deliver automated workflows and AI-powered experiences for millions of users. You will collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Design to deploy and test workflows, unblock API integrations, and architect in-house tooling and reporting systems.

Ideal candidates have 3 years in app/system development and strong Python/TypeScript/Java coding skills, plus experience with databases and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or CS.
• 3 years of experience in application or system development.
• 3 years coding in Python/TypeScript/Java.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI-powered experiences for customers and users in Help Center and in-product Help.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to transform static designs into dynamic workflows.
• Lead workflow architecture from concept to delivery and unblock API development.
• Ensure high-quality output and keep stakeholders informed of statuses, risks, and issues.
• On-board and assist workflow authors with new features and tooling.
