Job summary

Pinterest is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations professional in Dublin to review orders and annual agreements, support month-end close, and ensure SOX 404 compliance. You’ll work closely with Sales, IT and Legal to optimise systems and controls.

Role requires Bachelor’s in Business/Finance, 4+ years in revenue operations, Salesforce experience, ASC 606 knowledge, and advanced Excel. Hybrid work with in‑office twice monthly in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in revenue operations, order management, or related roles.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve insertion orders for data accuracy and integrity.
• Review Annual Agreements to facilitate deal closure in line with policies.
• Oversee month-end close activities and account reconciliations.
• Satisfy quarterly and annual audit requirements for internal/external auditors.
• Monitor compliance within order management and reinforce internal controls.
• Ensure SOX 404 compliance in revenue accounting and related controls.
• Leverage AI to optimise processes.
• Enhance processes in Salesforce, JIRA, and reporting systems.
• Maintain and update order management and revenue workflow documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, IT and cross‑functional partners.
