Job summary

Pinterest is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations professional in Dublin to review orders and annual agreements, support month-end close, and ensure SOX 404 compliance. You’ll work closely with Sales, IT and Legal to optimise systems and controls.

Role requires Bachelor’s in Business/Finance, 4+ years in revenue operations, Salesforce experience, ASC 606 knowledge, and advanced Excel. Hybrid work with in‑office twice monthly in Dublin.

The Revenue Assurance team is looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in order and deal review to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager, this role works closely with colleagues in revenue operations, sales, sales programs, and legal. Key responsibilities include reviewing orders and contracts, recommending system enhancements, and supporting month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to make an immediate impact.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as a key contributor to Pinterest’s order-to-cash process by reviewing and approving insertion orders ensuring data accuracy and integrity across our platforms.
• Review Annual Agreements and make informed decisions to facilitate deal closure and ensure all deals fall within established guidelines, company policies, and legal standards.
• Oversee month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and related tasks.
• Satisfy all quarterly and annual audit requirements for our internal and external auditors
• Monitor compliance within the order management process, proactively identifying non-compliance, recommending corrective actions, and reinforcing adherence to internal controls and policies.
• Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 regulations for revenue accounting, implementing and enhancing controls as required.Deliver high-quality service to internal teams and external partners by addressing complex inquiries, resolving issues related to orders and annual agreements.
• Leverage AI to optimise processes.
• Continuously identify and implement process and system improvements, defining and testing enhancements in Salesforce, JIRA, and reporting systems, to boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Sales and Revenue Operations.
• Maintain and update process documentation for order management and revenue workflows, ensuring materials are accurate, current, and user-friendly for Sales and Revenue teams.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue, and IT teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, a related subject, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years in revenue operations, order management, deals management, sales support, or similar roles, ideally with exposure to advertising or SaaS business models.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• AI Enthusiast: Demonstrates curiosity for and practical application of AI to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
• Understanding of revenue recognition guidance (ASC 606)
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience analysing high volume, multi-currency transactions in a global business environment
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced, hyper growth environment
• Ability to identify, design and implement internal controls and best practices
