Job summary

Musgrave is seeking a Replenishment Transformation Manager to lead the replenishment team in Cork, driving operational leadership, strategic change and data-driven decision making. You will oversee forecasting, inventory optimisation and the transition to AI-enabled replenishment solutions, collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to enhance availability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Essential supply chain, IT or business qualification or equivalent senior-level experience.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally directing managers or team leaders in a complex supply chain environment.
• Experience shaping or delivering functional strategy or operating model change.
• Strong analytical and commercial decision-making using data to drive performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior, cross-functional and external groups.
• Strong demand planning, forecasting, replenishment or end-to-end supply chain planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Replenishment Team, setting direction for service excellence and performance.
• Lead DC, store forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Deliver the supply chain strategy through cross-functional engagement and within budget.
• Drive transition to AI-enabled replenishment and forecasting capabilities using analytics and automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve availability, reduce cost-to-serve, optimise inventory and retailer service.
• Drive process, systems and technology improvements using data and performance measures.
• Influence across the network and partner with stakeholders across business functions.
• Lead continuous improvement to deliver cost reduction and value creation by optimizing flow of goods.
• Provide leadership across the network for seasonal and promotional activity and projects.
