Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is partnering with a leading data centre delivery team in Ballymount, Dublin 22 to appoint an AI & Digital Transformation Manager. You will drive AI initiatives across Estimating and Pre-Construction, shaping automation and data analytics strategy.

You will lead projects from scoping and business case through to implementation, with strong stakeholder engagement and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, digital transformation or technology implementation.
• Construction, engineering or estimating experience highly desirable.
• Good understanding of AI, automation and data analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot or CostX an advantage.

Responsibilities
