Job summary

Google Cloud’s AI Forward Deployed Engineers build production-grade agentic AI solutions embedded in customer environments. You’ll bridge frontier AI products with clients, deploying complex AI workflows and ensuring robust performance, security, and integration with client systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in designing, building, and deploying NLP models and Generative AI agents.
• Experience implementing DevOps and MLOps pipelines.
• Experience in building generative AI solutions in customer-facing role.
• Experience in ML infrastructure (model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging) and Python coding.
• Ability to communicate in French or German fluently to support client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Discovery-to-Deployment Journey: Serve as the lead developer for complex AI applications, transitioning prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows.
• Bridge the Enterprise Gap: Architect and code the connective tissue between Google’s AI products and customer live infrastructure, including APIs and data silos.
• Engineer for Production Excellence: Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure agentic systems meet accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
• Act as a Product Catalyst: Identify field patterns and friction points to create reusable modules or feature requests for Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with AI GTM team to deliver transformative customer experiences and provide deep AI expertise.
