Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking an auditor to evaluate AI work on audit procedures, internal controls, and assurance judgment. You will assess whether evidence supports the opinion and document the approach a careful auditor would endorse.

Responsibilities include drafting prompts, reviewing AI outputs for materiality and sampling quality, and recording working papers to support reviewer findings. Remote, independent contractor role with flexible hours and weekly payouts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on audit experience: external, internal, or controls and SOX work.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.

Responsibilities

• Draft prompts that test how models handle audit planning, controls testing, sampling, and assurance judgment.
• Review AI output for mis-set materiality, weak evidence, flawed sampling, and missing professional skepticism, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct procedure when the model falls short, with the working papers a reviewer would expect.
