This resource will support the development and scaling of product-strategy-specific observability capabilities across BEARS.

Key responsibilities include:

• AI-enabled analysis:Leverage AI to understand, document, and define abnormalities across strategies while assessing current observability coverage
• Dashboard development:Design and build missing dashboards to strengthen observability maturity across products
• Scalability exploration:Partner with teams to evaluate the creation of an AI agent to automate and extend dashboard generation as new strategies are introduced
