Scrunch, a Sitecore company, is hiring a Lead Product Engineer to shape how AI agents experience our customers' websites. This is a high-ownership role focused on what gets built and why, not just how.

You’ll define product behavior when an AI agent visits a page, build it end to end, and ship it to customers. You’ll work across product features, CDN integrations, and AI traffic, turning ideas into shipped solutions quickly.

Qualifications

• Senior-level product engineering experience with end-to-end shipping of customer-facing features.
• Hands-on knowledge of CDNs and HTTP caching, headers, and cache keys.
• Strong product sense with ability to interview customers and identify real problems.
• Curiosity about how AI agents and crawlers access the web.

Responsibilities

• Build product end to end from idea to production using edge functions and integrations.
• Deliver content tailored for AI agents in real time.
• Develop onboarding integrations with customer CDNs and hosting setups.
• Understand how pages render for AI and translate insights into product.
• Learn how AI agents and crawlers access the web and signals.
