Job summary

ZenaTech is expanding in Ireland and seeking an Agricultural Sales Development Representative to drive growth by building relationships with farmers and agribusinesses. The role is on-site in Cork, with an additional opportunity in Dunboyne, Meath.

You will identify opportunities, generate B2B leads, and develop a strong sales pipeline while collaborating across teams to promote drone and AgriTech solutions. Strong farming experience and proactive outreach are highly valued.

We are expanding in Ireland and are looking for someone who understands farming, connects naturally with farmers and can turn market opportunities into new business.

Your Role

As an Agricultural Sales Development Representative, you will help grow our agricultural business in Ireland by building relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses, identifying new opportunities and developing a strong sales pipeline.

Your Responsibilities

• Build relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses and industry stakeholders
• Identify and qualify new customers and business opportunities
• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email, social selling and networking
• Understand customer needs and identify relevant technology-driven opportunities
• Conduct market research and identify key decision-makers
• Nurture prospects and manage inbound leads
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in our CRM
• Meet agreed sales development and pipeline targets

What You Bring

• Strong agricultural background – ideally raised on a farm or with hands-on farming experience
• Strong understanding of farming practices and the needs of farmers
• Sales, business development or lead generation experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive customer outreach
• Commercial mindset and strong research skills
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven
• Strong English communication skills

No traditional sales background?
