Job summary

MetLife Ireland is hiring a Scrum Lead for the DevSecOps & Cloud team to organize and guide agile work streams across Europe, driving best practices and automation in the software lifecycle.

You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, and regional CoE to deliver resilient, efficient solutions and support leadership in an AGILE & DevOps environment. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3–6 years in a corporate IT environment, preferably in insurance/financial/healthcare.
• 1+ years as a Scrum Master for technical programs with Cloud/DevOps.
• Experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Experience supporting multiple scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore and/or offshore scrum teams in moderate to complex work streams.
• Promote Agile values and practices and maintain a healthy backlog.
• Coordinate release planning with the Product Owner and inter-team dependencies.
• Track agile metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
