Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland is seeking a dedicated team member to supervise before school, after school and holiday club activities at local primary schools, delivering safe, structured, and engaging care for children.

You will support homework tasks, run indoor and outdoor activities with energy and enthusiasm, help with games and crafts, and maintain a clean, inclusive environment; Garda vetting and references will be completed as part of recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children (min 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting to be completed by Sherpa Kids after interview stage.
• At least 2 written references before starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play
• Assist with homework and educational tasks
• Engage in a variety of planned activities (indoor and outdoor) with the children daily
