Sherpa Kids in Ireland is seeking a part-time Programme Lead to run after-school and holiday club activities at schools. The role requires coordinating a team, maintaining day-to-day activities, and delivering structured, engaging sessions for primary school children after the school day ends.

You will need a childcare qualification (Fetac Level 5 or equivalent), experience with school-aged children, English proficiency, and Garda vetting.

Competenze

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year).
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Willing to learn basic Irish to support communication within the service.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.

• Maintain the day-to-day activities.
• Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team.
• Own car required for programme lead.
