Job summary

Healthxchange Pharmacy UK Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Beauty portfolio across Dublin & Southern Counties. This maternity cover role (9-12 months) combines field sales with remote work and regular client visits, supported by a competitive package including car allowance and commission.

You will build long-term relationships with clinics, promote Medik8, Jane Iredale and Epictuis, and manage accounts to achieve ambitious sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within the aesthetics industry.
• Proven commercial account management experience.
• Strong IT skills and experience with a CRM (Salesforce).
• Ability to travel regularly with a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement territory activities to increase sales.
• Achieve targets for new business openings.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with clinics.
• Promote Healthxchange premium brands (Medik8, Jane Iredale, Epictuis).
• Use customer analysis to prioritise effort and optimise service quality.
• Record and update relevant systems and information.
