Job summary

Dell Technologies in Ireland is seeking a Demand Planning Advisor to influence commodity-level demand signals for GPUs and AI server components. You will coordinate with Revenue Operations, Product Group, Procurement and Global Operations to translate customer and financial needs into actionable forecasts that optimize product availability and cost.

You will develop forecasts, monitor demand consumption, and lead AI-driven initiatives to improve supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in operations, planning, finance or related functions.
• Strong expertise in demand planning, forecasting and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and database analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Experience with Power BI, AI-enabled analytics or supply chain transformation projects.

What you’ll achieve

As a Demand Planning Advisor, you will develop and influence commodity-level demand signals for GPUs and structural components supporting Dell’s growing AI server business across EMEA. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Product Group, Procurement and Global Operations teams, you will translate customer and financial requirements into actionable forecasts that optimize product availability, supply readiness and cost. Your insights and leadership will help drive demand stability, improve supply chain performance and support the delivery of next-generation AI solutions to customers.

In this role you will:
