Job summary

Dell Technologies seeks a Demand Planning Advisor to influence commodity-level demand signals for GPUs and AI server components across EMEA. You will work with Revenue Operations, Product Group, Procurement and Global Operations to translate requirements into forecasts that optimize availability, supply readiness and cost.

You will develop forecasts, align plans with key stakeholders and lead data-driven improvements, leveraging Power BI and analytics tools in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in operations, planning, finance or related functions.
• Strong forecasting, demand planning and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and database analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Demand Planning Advisor (Supply Chain Planning – Ireland)

Join us as a Demand Planning Advisor on our Supply Chain Planning team in Ireland to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

As a Demand Planning Advisor, you will develop and influence commodity-level demand signals for GPUs and structural components supporting Dell’s growing AI server business across EMEA. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Product Group, Procurement and Global Operations teams, you will translate customer and financial requirements into actionable forecasts that optimize product availability, supply readiness and cost. Your insights and leadership will help drive demand stability, improve supply chain performance and support the delivery of next-generation AI solutions to customers.

In this role you will:

• Develop commodity forecasts for GPUs and AI server structural components.
• Align demand plans with Operations, Procurement and Revenue Operations teams.
• Monitor demand consumption and mitigate supply risks.
• Create performance insights using Power BI and analytics tools.
• Lead process improvements, automation and AI-driven initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in operations, planning, finance or related functions.
• Strong expertise in demand planning, forecasting and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and database analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Requirements

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Experience with Power BI, AI-enabled analytics or supply chain transformation projects.
