Job summary

Accenture PLC in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an Ad Sales Account Manager for a 12-month contract to manage a portfolio of SMB advertisers and drive revenue growth. This role involves campaign recommendations, data-driven insights and strong client relationships to deliver value.

You will conduct warm outbound calls, educate advertisers, and optimize campaigns while maintaining a robust CRM-driven pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Ad Sales or Paid Social Marketing.
• Experience with outbound calling or proactive engagement.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (C1).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Proactive, resilient and customer-focused approach.
