The ideal candidate should have a technical degree and extensive experience in automated industrial environments, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
5-7 years of maintenance experience in a highly automated industrial environment.
Experience in pneumatics, instrumentation, hydraulics, or vision systems.
Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory standards such as cGMP, FDA QSR, or ISO.
Responsibilities
Work part of a cross‑functional production support team to reduce downtime impact.
Investigate recurring equipment issues and conduct root cause analysis on electrical problems.
Liaise with production supervisors to prioritize equipment downtime.
Apply Lean techniques to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Maintain accurate records and handle environmental, health, and safety compliance.
