Job summary

MSL Motor Group requires multiple Motor Vehicle Technician roles for our premises in Dun Laoghaire, Eastgate, Little Island and Dublin 7. You will repair accident damaged vehicles, follow repair instructions, and troubleshoot issues with panel and paint preparation. A full driving license and diagnostic system experience are essential.

Experience with wiring diagrams and a Mercedes-Benz main dealer background would be an advantage; you must work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Certified Diagnostic Technician.
• High Voltage certification.
• Experience with diagnostic systems.
• In-depth understanding of wiring diagrams.
• Analytical approach to fault finding.
• Full, valid and current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Undertake repairs on accident damaged vehicles and follow repair instructions.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during repairs.
• Assess damage and carry out repairs to a high standard.
• Follow safety protocols with hazardous materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Update job packs and communicate issues to foreman.
