Job summary

PathwayRecruit Ltd is hiring a Vehicle Technician on behalf of GLENHELEN CAR SALES LIMITED, based in Avoley Mountmellick, Laois, Ireland. The role covers mechanical repairs, servicing and fault finding with a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be qualified as a Vehicle Technician with prior automotive experience, a full driving license, and the ability to work efficiently to high standards within timelines.

• Experience as a vehicle technician in automotive industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle inspections, diagnostic fault finding, servicing and repairs.
• Complete repairs to a high standard within timelines per manufacturer procedures.
• Follow warranty procedures and complete relevant paperwork.
• Liaise with Workshop Manager on progress and defects.
• Ensure job cards and paperwork are accurately completed.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop environment following health and safety practices.
