Enable Ireland is seeking a highly motivated Adult Day Services Hub Leader (CNM1) to join Enable Ireland Adult Services, Ennis, Co Clare. This full-time permanent role includes nursing duties and leadership of a multidisciplinary team.

Overview of the Post: To assist the Day Services Manager with the co-ordination and delivery of the range of adult day support services within an identified Hub or Centre. The main responsibilities include working in partnership with the adults (service owners) using the service to develop and deliver on personalised goals and plans, allocating staff to deliver the service and monitoring service delivery.
The Adult Day Services Hub Leader with Nursing Duties will work with a dedicated group of adults in a person-centred approach to meet their identified need, provide administration support to the service, and provide support and supervision to the allocated staff team as directed by the Manager. The Adult Day Service Hub Leader with Nursing Duties will take on additional clinical responsibilities as outlined below.

Annual Registration: On appointment, practitioners must maintain live registration on the appropriate/relevant division of the register of nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) for the role.
