Job summary

Stryker in Ireland is seeking a technician for a 12 month contract to ensure manufacturing processes run consistently and meet performance targets. You will interface with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations and improve yield on assigned lines.

Qualifications include an engineering certificate or diploma, electronics knowledge, and PLC/AutoCAD experience. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in engineering or related discipline.
• Trade qualification in electrical/mechanical or related field.
• 2 years of technician experience in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of electronics and software control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical process support to ensure manufacturing targets are met.
• Interact with cross-functional teams and vendors to support operations.
• Monitor production yield and address efficiency issues on lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems on the production floor.
• Assist with equipment qualification, changes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality management systems.
