Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Ireland seeks an engineering technician to support manufacturing processes on an onsite 12-month contract. You will interface with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure production targets are met, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, and help install and calibrate processing equipment.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or related field, knowledge of electronics and controls, and experience with PLCs, AutoCAD, and instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Certificate/ Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Good knowledge of electronics and software control systems.
• Experience in a modern manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical process support to ensure manufacturing processes meet performance targets.
• Interface with cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors and maintain good teamwork.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic issues on the production floor.
• Plan and install processing equipment on workstations and monitor yield performance.
• Maintain environmental health and safety requirements and calibrate equipment.
