Frontline Make Change seeks an Addiction Practitioner for our North East Inner City service in Dublin. The role focuses on case management, evidence-based interventions and outreach to support people with substance use and co‑occurring issues.

The position offers a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and benefits. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering Frontline services and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Addiction Studies level 7 or relevant qualification.
• 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrate an understanding of reducing substance use-related harm.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1-1 key working and case management using evidence-based interventions.
• Manage a caseload of clients with substance use and develop care plans.
• Support group delivery and community outreach.
• Engage with housing, welfare rights and medical referrals as needed.
• Develop links with statutory, community and voluntary agencies.
