Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a registered dietitian for a part-time casual, day-shift role covering Dublin Methodist Hospital and Grady Memorial Hospital in Dublin. This position provides coverage for other dietitians when they are on leave, with mileage reimbursement for travel between facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in dietetics, RD credential (or eligibility and plan to obtain within 6 months), and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics is required.
• RD credential (or eligibility) required with plan to obtain RD credential within 6 months of hire.
• Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutrition assessments and develop care plans for patients.
• Coordinate nutrition therapy with physicians and the care team.
• Provide nutrition counseling to patients and families.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and quality improvement initiatives.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record and track outcomes.
